Manufacturing Excellence

State-of-the-Art Technical Capabilities

From specialized raw fiber sourcing to multi-stage ergonomic garment construction, our facility is engineered for consistency and compliance.

Advanced Technical Fibers

Expertise in formulating inherently flame-resistant (IFR) fabrics using Meta-Aramid, Para-Aramid, Modacrylic blends, Pre-Oxidized PAN, and high-tenacity antistatic carbon grid matrices.

Multi-Layer Thermal Barriers

Engineering complex multi-stage garments combining outer shell defense, breathable ePTFE waterproof/moisture membranes, quilted aramid batting, and flame-retardant comfort linings.

Kevlar® Seam Engineering

All garments are sewn with 100% Kevlar® / Nomex® heavy-duty flame-resistant thread, fortified with double and triple needle stitching, reinforced bar tacks, and heat-sealed seam tapes.

Ergonomic Safety Design

Designed for extreme mobility with articulated 3D sleeves, pleated action backs, gusseted crotches, and lightweight breathability so workers remain agile and protected throughout long shifts.

Quality Management

Certified Quality. Tested for the Extremes.

Weldohard operates under a strict ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System. Every production batch undergoes comprehensive quality audits—from yarn tensile testing and flame propagation analysis to seam strength verification.

Our safety solutions are independently tested and certified by recognized accredited international laboratories, including BTTG (UK), SATRA, Shirley Technologies, SGS, TÜV, and NITRA.

Compliance With Global Safety Standards:
